All of our products are covered by a 60 day refund policy. The refund period starts from the moment of purchase.
For early adopters and pre-orders, the refund period starts from the moment the watch is delivered to you.
All customers, regardless of your place of residence, are eligible for refunds.
To be eligible for a return, you must fulfill the following requirements:
Your item and its packaging must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it. Please keep in mind this also applies to all leather items. If any leather item shows significant wear, it is not eligible for a refund.
Any extras or bonuses that you received must also be returned
You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation Email)
We hold the right to reject returns that do not fall in line with the conditions listed above.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.
Items purchased on sale or with a discount coupon are refundable. The refund amount will be the same as the amount you purchased the product for.
If the item sent to you was a gift, then the refund payment will be forwarded to the original source of payment. For example; if your friend purchases a gift for you with their credit card and you decide to return the item, the refund payment will be forwarded to your friend's credit card.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
